Triumph Roofing, Inc. is a family-operated company with an obligation to all its employees to provide a safe working environment. Triumph Roofing enforces policies and procedures for prevention of injury, and property damage.

The Triumph Roofing, Inc. Safety Manual is outlined to achieve and reinforce this priority. As such, safety training is provided to employees at time of hire as well as during quarterly safety meetings about various topics, including but not limited to: Personal Protective Equipment, Personal Fall Arrest Systems, Hazard Communication, Hand and Power Tools, Rigging and Signaling, Asbestos Awareness, Power Line Hazards, Electrical Hazards, Material Handling, Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Aerial Lifts, Ladders and Cranes
